Application of Guano Fertilizer and Types of Mulch on Growth and Yield of Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.)

Aims: The purpose of this study was to obtain the best interaction between guano doses and mulch on growth yield potato plants.
 Study Design: experimental design used factorial 2 factors in a completely randomized (CRD).
 Place Duration Study: This experiment carried out Alahan Panjang, Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency, West Sumatra from March June 2018.
 Methodology: Factorial use research. first factor consisted 4 levels fertilizer 0, 3, 6 9 t ha-1. second black silver plastic mulch. Data were analyzed statistically with Fisher test if significantly different then continued Duncan’s New Multiple Range (p?0.05)
 Results: No two types tested with
 respect plant height, number leaves, smallest tuber diameter observed. Guano at ha-1 gave influence tubers tuber. Black had tubers, tuber, weight per hectare.
 Conclusion: dosage ha-1gave effect tubers. type number, diameter, hectare.
